Chen Sharon, one of the founders of the association and a graduate of the first mentoring course at the Sky Rider unit in 2010. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and criminology from Bar Ilan University, graduated from a course for directors in public companies, has 12 years of cyber experience in managing global government projects, at the same time serves as director of the community centers in Or Yehuda and a consultant for social projects.

Maya Yaron, served in the Sky Rider unit as an instructor. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree student in business administration at Reichman University. Joined the association's staff in 2024. Served for about 5 years, among other things as an operations officer. She has experience in the field of marketing in the commercial field.
